I am living in Austin and needed to have items picked up at my family's home in Boston and shipped to me. I arranged everything with Bill and Gene over the phone. They coordinated with my brother, packed the breakables better than I could have expected, kept me informed, and shipped everything on-time. Great service. Highly recommend them.
