“I have some health concerns that make it very unwise for me to go out any more than is absolutely necessary,” Aditi said. The BU student is from Bengaluru, and wanted to get a package to her mother in time for her birthday. “But the college mail room is just not prepared to handle my package. No offense to my fellow students who work there, but for this, I’d like a professional.”

I expected to pay a lot more for this kind of service, but it was very reasonable. That understanding and compassion – maybe they’re like that all of the time, but it meant a lot to me right now. A daughter’s present to her mother may not be a big deal to the world. But to us it matters.”
