Boston: Don’t Slip Up When You Ship The Copier: Returning Leased Office Equipment Improperly Can Cost You Big Bucks!

July 30, 2012 by admin

Once upon a time, office equipment leasing companies were not exactly easy-going about the way you returned equipment at the end of a lease - items still had to be in good working order, after all - but they had a tendency to be understanding of minor cosmetic damage. Scuffs, scratches, and dings weren't important enough to damage a client relationship, so many firms would be willing to waive … [Read more...]

Boston Collectible Shipping Spotlight: Vintage Metal Lunchboxes

September 22, 2011 by admin

Lunch boxes have been a part of American childhood for over 80 years. It was in the 1930's that the first metal lunch boxes appeared. Today, collectors seek out vintage metal lunchboxes, as well as the thermoses that were contained inside. What's the best way to … [Read more...]

Eastern Ma: The Challenges of Shipping Antiques

May 30, 2011 by admin

The very qualities that make antiques desirable: their age, the graceful lines and delicate workmanship of years gone by, their fragility, their unique nature - for many antiques are truly one of a kind - also make them difficult to ship. People who buy antiques know there's no greater disappointment than to have a long-desired piece delivered - only to discover that it has broken in transit! Is … [Read more...]

"I used Boston Pack and Ship to move a dining room hutch from my sister-in-law's house in Wellesley, Massachusetts to my apartment in New York City. The process was really quick and easy. I spoke with Bill Yankee on a Thursday, and I had my piece delivered the following Wednesday. My sister-in-law said the pick up on her side was quick and seamless. I was given a specific two-hour time frame and the movers were on time. They even helped reassemble part of the furniture. Throughout the process Bill was communicative and had great follow up. I didn't need to chase him down, and when I had a question, he was available or responded immediately."

I used Boston Pack and Ship to send an antique piece of furniture from Boston to Sedona, AZ. I can't say enough about their service and the quality of the packing. Item arrived on the day they said it would and was in pristine condition. Easy to work with and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I hired Boston Pack and Ship to move two items from my storage unit in the Boston area to my home in Florida. Gene Sullivan was 110% responsive. He picked up the items on time, packed them expertly; and they arrived in perfect condition about ten days after pick up. I could not ask for better service. Five stars is not enough!
