"At a minimum, we use Boston Pack and Ship on a monthly basis to ship servers and other IT hardware for new projects as well as existing expansions. Besides the care they give to the product being shipped, Boston Pack and Ship’s customer service from beginning to end is stellar. They consistently follow up and if there are any issues, they take care of them promptly. Boston Pack Ship, by far, is the best and safest way to get your shipment from here to there and not have to worry about it arriving in more pieces than it left."

I used Boston Pack and Ship to send an antique piece of furniture from Boston to Sedona, AZ. I can't say enough about their service and the quality of the packing. Item arrived on the day they said it would and was in pristine condition. Easy to work with and great customer service. Highly recommend.

I hired Boston Pack and Ship to move two items from my storage unit in the Boston area to my home in Florida. Gene Sullivan was 110% responsive. He picked up the items on time, packed them expertly; and they arrived in perfect condition about ten days after pick up. I could not ask for better service. Five stars is not enough!
